SMS is billed per outbound segment. MMS is billed per outbound media message. Carrier, registration, Campaign Verify, 10DLC, list, and compliance costs may be passed through when required.

Voice and AI billing

Robocalls and voicemail drops follow the same tier schedule. AI calls follow the same funded-account tiers, with final billing method confirmed before launch based on script length and expected call duration.
